Brown leaf edges, common in SA’s dry winters, signal low humidity; mist regularly or use a pebble tray to keep its pink vibrant. Direct sun scorches its delicate foliage, fading the neon tones, so opt for filtered light. Trim leggy stems to encourage bushiness, and wipe leaves to remove dust and deter pests like spider mites.

🌞 Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light, like a lounge or office 1–2 m from a window with sheer curtains to soften SA’s intense sun. Tolerates medium light but avoid low light to prevent leggy growth and pink fade. A steamy bathroom with filtered rays is perfect for its tropical pink pop.
