7-Day Happiness Guarantee

Our Promise to You, With our 7-Day Happiness Guarantee, we ensure your plant(s) arrive vibrant and healthy. If they don’t, we’ll replace them at no cost to you.

Live plants might show minor travel stress—like a sprinkle of loose soil or small blemishes * — which is totally normal. But if the damage is more than that, just reach out within 7 days from delivery. To fast-track your request, please send us photos: one close-up and one from a distance.

This guarantee applies to all online and in-store purchases within 7 days of delivery. We ask for photos to confirm the damage and to help us improve our packaging moving forward.

* Help your plant bounce back! Lightly prune any bent stems or yellow leaves to boost its energy for lush, new growth.

 

Returns

Due to the expensive nature of shipping products in South Africa, Grow with the flow will rather replace/refund your order than have you return it to us.

To qualify for a replacement of your order we need the following:

  • Photographs of the box and items within the box upon delivery
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for replacement


Refunds

Once you have made contact with us about your problem we will then begin the exchange/refund process. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This also applies to any plants marked as B-Grade, lower quality or similarly worded products as well as products purchased on our WhatsApp sales group.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infogrowflow@gmail.com and throw your current damaged plants/products away.


Shipping Returns

What would you like to see:

To ensure fresh and healthy plants we follow a strict weekly shipping schedule: 

Mondays: We prepare plants for shipping! This means wrapping the soil, adding plant sleeves, and one last pre-travel watering. 
Tuesdays: We wake up bright and early to get all plants carefully packaged for shipping in the morning, in the afternoon we hand over plants with the longest travel ahead of them to our courier partners (this means Eastern, Western and Northern Cape)
Wednesdays: If there are any plants that did not fit in the Tuesday truck, they travel in the second batch on a Wednesday. 
Thursdays and Fridays: No plants are shipped, we carefully monitor all the travelling plant babies to ensure they arrive safely at their new homes ! 

Why do we do this? 

Our shipping schedule works this way to ensure that your plants are less likely to spend a weekend in the courier depot ! Our shipping schedule is designed this way to ensure that your plants are fresh and healthy, for this same reason we do not like keeping stock for extended periods of time which means that stock received on Thursdays and Fridays will only be shipped the following week.
